2. The cattle specified on this form have been fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
3. The cattle specified on this form have been treated in a humane manner.
4. The cattle specified on this form have been born and raising in the United States.
5. Antibiotics/Sulfas - fed or injected.
6. Growth promoting hormones/steroids - fed, oral or injected.
7. Producer kept physical records of calving dates (i.e. first calf born).
8. Ionophores - Rumensin, Bovatec, Cattlyst, Gain Pro.
